What is the difference between e-Residency and Residency?
Both cost $130 per year. e-Residency is a primarily digital relationship with 30 calendar days of physical access per year. Residency adds year-round physical access to Próspera ZEDE, a legal stability agreement, and required regulatory insurance of $70 per year.
Do I need to live in Honduras?
No. e-Residency is designed to be primarily digital — you can form and run entities from anywhere, with up to 30 days a year on the ground. Choose full Residency only if you want year-round physical access.
How does the application work?
Everything happens online: choose your residency, create an account with your email, provide your details, accept the required terms, complete payment, and verify your identity. You can save your progress and return to the next incomplete step at any time.
